Terms of Service

These Terms govern the relationship between Treydturniti Ltd (“Vitrina”, “we”), owner of the Vitrina brand and vitrinahaus.com, and clients who request a demo or a website (“Client”, “you”).

1. Who our services are for

Our services are for businesses and professionals. By submitting a request, you confirm you are acting for your business.

2. Free demo

• After you submit the form, we build a demo of your website, usually within 24 hours. This is an estimate and may take longer if information is missing.
• The demo is free and creates no obligation. If you don’t want the website, you owe nothing.
• Until you pay, the demo remains our property. If it isn’t approved within 30 days, we may delete it.

3. Packages, prices and revisions

• Packages, prices and what they include are as shown on our website at the time of your request. The package price is paid once.
• Prices shown in US dollars are final. Prices shown in euros include VAT where it applies.
• Before payment you get 2 rounds of revisions with Start and 3 rounds with Business. A round is one list of changes sent to us at once.
• New pages or features outside your package are quoted separately, in advance.

4. Payment and launch

• You pay after approving the demo, by card or bank transfer. We issue an invoice.
• Within 24 hours of payment, we publish the website on your domain.

5. Logo

If you don’t have a logo, we design one for free together with your website, with one revision. Rights to the logo pass to you once the package is paid.

6. Domain and hosting

• Domain and hosting for the first year are included in the package price. The domain is registered in your name.
• From year two, domain and hosting cost the yearly fee shown on our website, paid 12 months in advance.
• While a Website Care plan is active, no yearly domain and hosting fee is charged.

7. Website Care plan

• Website Care is optional and billed monthly in advance, at the price for your package shown on our website.
• It includes up to 3 edits a month with Start and up to 5 edits a month with Business. An edit is a change of text, a photo, a price or opening hours in an existing part of the site. Unused edits do not roll over.
• You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
• When the plan ends, domain and hosting move to the yearly plan. The yearly fee is due for 12 months in advance from the day the plan ends. If the plan ends during the first year, the fee is due from the end of the included first year.

8. Unpaid fees

If a yearly or monthly fee is unpaid 14 days after the due date, we will notify you by email. If it remains unpaid, we may temporarily suspend the website until payment is received. The domain stays in your name.

9. Ownership and portfolio

• Once the package is paid in full, the website’s design and content are yours. If you switch providers, we hand over all files.
• We may show the website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

10. Your content

You are responsible for making sure the text, photos and logos you provide or point us to are yours or that you have the right to use them.

11. What we don’t guarantee

• We don’t guarantee a specific Google ranking or number of customers. We build sites that search engines can read, but rankings depend on many factors outside our control.
• We do our best to keep your site online at all times, but we are not liable for outages caused by third parties.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. Changes don’t affect services already paid for. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes are settled by the competent court in Veliko Tarnovo, unless mandatory law in your location provides otherwise.
